YogaBellies® is a genre of yoga that has evolved and grown over the past 15 years, around the yoga practice needs of women. These classes are perfect for ALL women and from the beginner to the more advanced. We have yoga classes for every female life stage.

Our Yoga Offerings

Pregnancy
Here at Unfold Yoga, we run The Friday Night Bump Club as our Pregnancy service. A monthly evening retreat designed especially for prenatal women.
Our event incorporates:

breathing techniques for pregnancy and birth preparation

yoga poses to sooth aches and pains, open the body and make Mum more comfortable while making room for baby.

deep guided birth meditation to help aid sleep and relaxation.
These classes are open to all women from 12 weeks right up to birth. 86% of our ladies have never done yoga before.

Mum & Baby
At Yogabellies classes for Mum & Baby, we don't "put baby in the corner" while you practice yoga.
Our exclusive post-natal classes incorporate bay yoga postures for your little one too so that they can practice with Mum!
As every aspect of your life will include baby now, we help you integrate baby into your yoga practice, while feeling the benefits of yoga for you too.
In class, we focus on recovering your BAPS:

Abs
Pelvic Floor
We do a mixture of exercises inspired from Yoga and Pilates to stretch, tone and relax your post-partum muscles.
You will also learn breath awareness and relaxation techniques, which help to increase energy levels and allow you to relax while with baby - yes it is possible!

Restorative
Nourishing, slow and calming yoga to help balance the mind and body. The focus of our Restorative classes is to honour ourselves, be kind and to take the time to relax and release.
This practice offers calming, slower paced, 'internal' poses that are appropriate for women throughout the various life stages of womanhood including menstrual, pregnancy, post-partum and menopause.
This slow, calming practice is gentle but deep like water.
We offer our Restorative Yoga as part of our Relax+Restore series. This deeply relaxing evening retreat incorporates Face Yoga / Gua Sha and Restorative Yoga and occurs seasonally 4 times per year.
